Getting it right and getting it wrong are part of our everyday life. But at what point does getting it wrong become failure? Besides clarifying such terms, the focus of our next issue deals with failure in design, looking at
the criteria used to judge it and also at possible connections with the way design history is written. Furthermore, we will be questioning the hype currently surrounding failure.
