Das war überraschend gut und wesentlich besser zu lesen, als noch der Vorgänger. Und die echte Neve, und wie sie langsam aber sicher aus ihrem Schneckenhaus gelockt wird, das war unglaublich schön mitzuerleben. Wer diese Serie noch nicht kennt, sollte anfangen, sie zu entdecken. Es lohnt sich und geht hoffentlich im dritten Buch so weiter, wie Schattenmelodie aufgehört hat.

Köstlich, einfach nur köstlich! Mit herrlicher Ironie, einem gewaltigen Schuss Krimi und vielen amüsanten Gedanken der Hauptfigur, ist dieser Roman Lesevergnügen pur. Unbedingt lesen!

This novel was in another way very touching, emotional and moving. The author knows perfectly well how to write about a deeply hurt teenager who becomes a woman with a serious problem. The sensitive writing style is beautiful to read and though it didn´t move me as the first book did, I really enjoyed reading it. For all Sarah Morgan fan a great novel.

I enjoyed reading this book somehow, yes, but on the other hand, despite all the action and bloody scenes, I wasn´t really haunted by it. But considered, that the plot is based on a problem we´re facing today, with the rising of the sea level, this novel shows what could be, if we don´t start to do something against it.

This book wasn´t as touching and moving as the others have been. Yes, there was love, romance and again, a bit drama in it. And yes, the author wrote it in her usual sensitive and wonderful style. But for some reason I wasn´t as hooked as I was during reading the first two books.
