Oh Gott sei Dank.
Das Lied des Achill war garnichts für mich. Galatea hatte mich total begeistert.
Und jetzt nach Ich bin Circe hab ich eindeutig meinen Favoriten gefunden. Und bin echt so gespannt was als nächstes von der Autorin kommt.

Der Anfang des Buches war ein bisschen holprig und ich hatte schon Angst es wird wieder nichts. Aber die Geschichte hat sich einfach so toll entwickelt und ich mochte das Tempo in dem die Story erzählt wurde.

Die Charaktere. Vor allem Circe. Sie hat mich von Anfang an bis zum Ende einfach total in den Bann gezogen. Das ist mal eine Hauptfigur, die mich total interessiert hat und die mir wirklich unheimlich wichtig geworden ist.

Der Schreibstil war auch einfach wunderschön.

I will never not give this series a 5 star rating.
I just love everything about how Alice Oseman tells this story, it feels real, it's thoughtful and the bigger topics are handled with so much care.

This series always feels like a soft hug that lasts just the right amount of time.

I'm super unsure about my rating for this book.

It had some really great things, I truly loved the setting and the magic in this world. I really enjoyed the characters, especially all the women in this and the different female friendships we got.

But I just think Alexandra Bracken's writing doesn't work for me. I have read Lore before and while I liked Silver in the Bone much better, it still wasn't it. I only really got into the story when they landed in Avalon. That's when my interest actually started. But towards the end of the book everything just really started to piss me off.

It didn't help that during the whole book I didn't care for Cabell one bit, and that just was a struggle since most of Tamsin's drive revolved around him and what she wanted to do for him.

I will probably check out the 2nd book, but not anytime soon.

This book is proof that there is a time when a book works and a time where it doesn't.

I tried reading this before and didn't get past the first chapter, nor did I retain any information at all.
This time around I was IN IT.

The first chapters where still a bit of a struggle. But at a certain point I couldn't stop thinking about it and needed to pick it up all the time.

I TRULY love the characters, it's a weird group of people but I love them dearly.
Elspeth as the main character IS MY EVERYTHING. That's why nothing that happened at the end of the book is okay with me. NOTHING!!!
Ravyn. My man. My dude. He truly came in and set the bar really high. Also Elm stole my heart, not gonna lie.

I loved the pacing of the romance and I was absolutely giggling and kicking my feet over these two. THAT'S WHY I'M IN SO MUCH PAIN!!!!

The world was really cool, do I understand everything that's going on or how it work? Not really but I'm just going with the flow and enjoy the write. Love the magic system and THAT IT COMES WITH A PRICE. I don't want everyone to just magic every little thing and not feel the effects of it.

The urge to pick up the second book straight away but the logical side of my brain telling me I need to read other books first. Good damn it.

Das war wirklich ein wunderbares Buch für zwischen durch. Eins dieser Hörbücher das man richtig gut in einem Rutsch durchhören kann. Die Sprecherin des Hörbuches hat mir auch richtig gut gefallen.

Die Stories, die Nanako Hanada, in dem Buch mit uns geteilt hat, waren wirklich alle richtig gut und unheimlich unterhaltsam. Sie hat wirklich interessante Leute getroffen.
